"A Christmas Carol" by Charles Dickens
In Victorian London, the miserly Ebenezer Scrooge is visited by the ghost of his former business partner, Jacob Marley, who warns him of a grim fate. Throughout Christmas Eve, Scrooge encounters the Ghosts of Christmas Past, Present, and Yet to Come. These spirits reveal the consequences of his greed as well as the joy found in compassion.
Transformed by these revelations, Scrooge awakens on Christmas morning with a newfound spirit of generosity. He reconciles with family and aids his underprivileged employee Bob Cratchit. "A Christmas Carol" is a heartwarming tale of personal transformation and the true meaning of Christmas, celebrating the enduring power of redemption.
